Tournament Co-Sponsor: $1,000 (includes 4 golfers) Your name/business name recognized along with Knights of Columbus and Forest Lake Golf Course as sponsors on all tournament related communications, advertisements, fact sheets, programs, etc.
Putting Tournament Sponsor: $700 (includes 4 golfers) Your name/business name as sponsor of putting tournament to be held prior to the event and on signage at putting green and recognized on all tournament related advertisements, fact sheets, programs, etc.
Hole Sponsor Platinum Level: $500 (includes 4 golfers) Your name/business name as sponsor of a particular hole. Signage at hole the day of the outing and publicized in fact sheets, programs, etc. (Fee may be waived if item of equal or greater value is secured for hole-in-one contest or long-drive contest i.e. car, set of golf clubs, golf club membership)
Hole Sponsor Gold Level $350 (Includes 2 golfers) Your name/business name as sponsor of a particular hole. Signage at hole the day of outing and publicized in fact sheets, programs, etc.
Hole Sponsor Silver Level $275 (Includes 1 golfer) Your name/business name as sponsor of a particular hole. Signage at hole the day of the outing and publicized in fact sheets, programs, etc.
Patron Platinum Level $350 (includes 4 golfers plus 4 additional awards dinners) Price breaks on golf and extra dinners plus recognition in program.
Patron Gold Level $175 (includes 2 golfers plus 2 additional awards dinners) Price breaks on golf and extra dinners plus recognition in program.
Patron Silver Level $85 (Includes 1 golfer plus 1 additional awards dinner) Price break on extra dinner and recognition in program.
We are also seeking donations for raffle prizes and other prizes. You will be recognized in our program as well as with signage at the event.
Golfer @ $65.00 each. All golfers include: greens fees and cart, gift bag, prize eligibility (except putting contest) lunch (hot dog, chips, and a soft drink), and awards dinner (tri-tip, potato, salad, bread, and a soft drink). Awards dinners only @ $25.00 each
